Welcome to this afternoon's concert, given jointly by London Accordion Orchestra and The Accordion State Youth Orchestra from Germany (ALJO).

Our thanks go to The Diorama Arts Centre for hosting this concert, to Silke D’Inka, the managing director of ALJO, for helping with the organisation and to Fabian Dobler for selecting such a fantastic programme.

It’s also a huge pleasure to welcome the soloists for our concert: Eliza Marshall (Bansuri), Antje Steen (Bandoneon) and Douglas Yates (Baritone).
